PRESERVING OUR HERITAGE AND PRESERVING OUR CULTURE

Sanskrit being one of the oldest language is still held at high esteem. Though it is offered as second language and third language in schools it is not used effective nowadays. There are very few speakers.. The Grove school takes initiative in preserving and nurturing our culture by conducting a competition annually where various schools from Chennai stage plays in Sanskrit.
There were such great works in Sanskrit which was staged and our school Sanskrit play called Naganandham bagged the first prize. Parvathy Venkatesh of Grove school won the best actor award.
