February 20, 2015: KG- Class II Annual Day
The grove school celebrated its KG – Class II Annual day on February 20, 2015 with great pomp and show. The show witnessed a rainbow of cultural programmes. Dr. Nanditha Krishna, President, C.P Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation and Ms. Bargavi Devendra, Chairperson, The Grove School graced the occasion Our Correspondent, Mr. Prashanth Krishna welcomed the gathering. The programme began with a prayer. The little ones took the audience into the world of rhymes . The dances were a wonderful blend of traditional and contemporary. A display of patriotism left the audience awestruck. A wonderful skit, beautifully enacted by the students taught the lesson of friendship and togetherness.
The German fairy tale “Hansel and Gretel’ was dramatised to perfection by the student of Std I and II. Mrs. Kala Doraisamy, Principal proposed the vote of thanks. The programme ended with the national anthem.
